  • The TOLIS System is an Information Technology (IT) solution designed to enable and support the core business functions of the Department of Tourism(DOT).

    7. Online retrieval and analysis of data to reveal business trends and statistics not directly visible in the data directly retrieved from a data warehouse.

  • 1. Click on Sign up for using e-services
    2. Complete all of the required fields. Use a valid email address for sign up
    3. If you choose motswana on the Nationality drop-menu
    4. Fill in your Omang Number(ID Number)
    5. Upload an Original copy of the National Identity Card
    6.If you choose others on the Nationality drop-menu
    7.Fill in your Passport Number
    8. Upload an Original copy of a Passport

    1. Fill in the Username/Email.The email address should match the email used for registration

  • The maximum attachment file size is 3MB
    No file greater than 3MB can be attached

  • Once the application have been submitted sucessfully, the application will return a reference number, which should be noted as it will be used for future use

  • Once the application have been submitteted, nothing can be edited.

  • 1.Login into the application.
    2.Choose Apply for New Tourism Enterprise License under the eServices section
    3.Fill all the details required in all fields, attach document if required
    4.Click Sumit Button

  • 1. Login into the application.
    2. Choose Apply for new Tourism enterprise License Category I under the eServices section
    3. Fill all the details required in all fields, attach document if required
    4.Click Submit Button

  • 1. Login as a customer into the application
    2. Choose Submit Monthly Tourism Accommodation Statistics under the eService section.
    3. Enter the license number then click submit
    4. Click on submit once done with filling all the necessary details on the form.

  • 1.Login into the application
    2.Choose Submit Monthly Tourism Accommodation Statistics under the eService section.
    3.Enter the license number then click submit
    4.Click on submit once done with filling all the necessary details on the form.

  • 1. Login as a customer
    2. Choose Levy Payment under the eService section.
    3. Enter the license number then click submit
    4. Type in a Levy amount equal to or greater than the minimum payable fee
    5. Fill all the details to make an online payment with a VISA card. Click Pay once done.
    6.Click close when done, keep the reference number safely for future references

  • Every licence No is mapped to an email address used when registering an account
